Check in will usually be at the Florida Now office in Kissimmee, except for Emerald Garden properties where a lockbox is provided on site.

We are centrally located to all of the area attractions, shopping and restaurants! As a standard feature, all of the homes have their own heated, screen enclosed swimming pool and most backyards back up to lakes, wooded areas or they are completely privacy fenced in. Some homes have spas attached to the pool.Our nightly rates exclude the sales-/resort taxes. We do charge a one time cleaning fee per stay in the amount of $60.00 for a 3 bedroom home, $70.00 for a 4 bedroom home and $80.00 for a 5 bedroom home!
